Original English Name: Shenzhen Hans Scanner S&T Co.,Ltd.

Original Chinese Name: 深圳市大族思特科技有限公司

II.Effective Date

The change has officially taken effect as of July 8,2024.

III.Special Notes

Please kindly note that the terms and conditions of our signed documents shall remain in force and effect. From today on, we will use the new company name for the new

contracts, invoices, agreements and other legal documents.
