The Extrascan is Chinese first fully digital scanning galvanometer for high precision and drift requirements. This 2 axis galvanometer model coverage: 10/14/20/30mm aperture 2D galvanometer;  3D galvanometer with 14/20/30mm aperture. Independent research and development of high precision grating encoder, break foreign technology monopoly, 23bit resolution digital galvanometer to achieve excellent positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.  Flexible configuration of FPGA-based digital drive board can match galvanometers with different loads from 10-30mm.
