Scanner Optics second-generation metal 3D printing system“Sailing-3D” is about to be unveiled

Since its establishment, Shenzhen Han's Scanner S&T Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to providing professional solutions in galvanometer, optics, and encoder for global customers. Since 2017, Scanner Optics's research and development team established a 3D printing project group, making 3D printing a major research direction. They have successively developed various galvanometer motion control systems for 3D printing equipment, including SLA, SLS, SLM, and others. These systems integrate galvanometers, field mirrors, collimators, control cards, software, etc., all developed, produced, and sold in-house, saving customers the trouble of sourcing and integrating components from different supply chains. Through continuous technological research and breakthroughs, the second-generation metal 3D printing system, "Sailing-3D" is about to be unveiled.

Han's Scanner "Sailing-3D" Galvanometer system

The galvanometer system adopts Han's Scanner's fully digital galvanometer technology, which features high speed, high precision, and high stability. It also includes a customized GMC control card and intelligent operating software for multi-head control, offering customers a more convenient user experience. The core hardware of the "Sailing-3D" galvanometer system includes a fully digital grating encoder galvanometer and a grating encoder voice coil motor. The grating galvanometer has a positional resolution of up to 223 bits, and the use of grating encoder galvanometer motors and voice coil motors as the motion mechanism greatly improves the stability and operational accuracy of the galvanometer system. The optical path, designed based on industry application characteristics, ensures that the difference between the focal spot and the edge focal spot is as low as 6%.

Self-developed intelligent operating software

At the same time, the "Sailing-3D" galvanometer system supports various combinations such as 1x2, 1x4, 1x6, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4, etc., fully meeting different frame processing requirements. By adopting an "L" shaped optical path layout, it ensures maximum overlap area for multiple sets of galvanometer systems during processing. The single galvanometer processing area ranges from 300x300mm to 650x650mm, while the combined processing overlap area of four galvanometers can reach a maximum of 500x500mm.

From September 12th to 14th, 2023, Han's Scanner will officially release the second-generation metal 3D printing system, "Sailing-3D Galvanometer System," at the TCT Asia Exhibition for 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing, held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. The introduction of this system marks a breakthrough for Han's Scanner in the field of metal 3D printing, attracting more attention from industry partners and demonstrating the company's commitment to continuous investment in research and development to provide users with high-quality products and services. Han's Scanner stated that they will continue to increase research and development investment to promote the sustainable development of the metal 3D printing industry.

Stay tuned for Han's Scanner's exciting appearance at the TCT Asia Exhibition, booth number: Hall 4.1-M67. There will be a display of more 3D printing application products on-site, bringing a visual feast to the audience.
